• In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or whose behavior may pose a risk to others.

• Basic swimming ability is recommended but not mandatory. Life jackets are provided and must be worn.

• Alleppey Kayaking Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in our tours or the use of our website.
